More than just the land of smiles

Thailand has been on the tourist trail for decades. What started out as a backpacker’s paradise so long ago has now become a well-trodden path taken by many as their first taste of solo travel. It’s a great place to start out if it’s your first time travelling solo, and equally good if you’re an experience traveller. There are so many layers to Thailand, there is always something new to explore.

There’s plenty to choose from: exceptional beaches for some sun and relaxation, party islands for some fun under a full moon, temples for a cultural journey, or mountains for some quiet contemplation. And who can forget Bangkok, that legendary city that never sleeps? Thailand’s tourism is well developed, English is widely spoken, and travel options are plentiful and comfortable.
